Socketrings The setal socketring usually encompasses the setal shaft basis tightly. But the ring radius can become relatively large, such as in the two differentiated setae at the distal inner side of the tibiotarsus of the third leg of the males of Anurophorus mongolicus DUNGER, 1982:45 (Fig.5J-K).
